Sick leave: I day per month, maximum 8 days or 64 hours. Life insurance: Group life plan 100% premiums paid by employer: Payout 2 times salary (previously 2.5 times), maxi- mum $100,000 coverage (previ- ously $50,000). Bereavement leave: 4 days (previously 3) for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, children of employee and spouse, par- ents of employee and spouse, grandparents of employee and spouse, grandchildren of em- ployee and spouse, brothers and sisters of employee and spouse, other relatives residing with the employee). 10 additional un- paid days if requested. Probationary period: 182 days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months. Severance: 3 weeks' pay per year, maximum 52 weeks. Seniority – recall rights: I month for every year over 5, maximum 24 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours overtime pay from when em- ployee leaves home and returns home.
