Severance: For 1 year, 1 week's pay; 2 years, 1½ weeks' pay; 3 years, 2 weeks' pay; 4 years, 2½ weeks' pay; 5 years, 3 weeks' pay; 6 years, 3½ weeks' pay; 7 years, 4½ weeks' pay; 8 years, 5½ weeks' pay; 9 years, 6½ weeks' pay; 10 years, 7½ weeks' pay; 11 and over, 1½ weeks' pay for each year of service above 10 years. Safety shoes: $175 per year for employees opting not to wear company-supplied rubber boots. Part-time employees' allowance is 50% of full time employee's allowance. Uniforms/clothing: $400 per year for freezer apparel. $220 per year for pack off and export jack operators clothing. Tool allowance: $300 per year.
