Signed on March 31, 2016. Probationary period: 487.5 hours worked. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months. Severance: 1 week for every 2 years. Uniforms/clothing: Provided and laundered by the employer. Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre. Additional $50 per month for workers who regularly use per- sonal vehicles while on the job. Resiliency education: The em- ployer will provide resiliency education for workers in high stress operations (April 1, 2016: $237,000; April 1, 2017: $150,000; April 1, 2018: $300,000).
