The cost of criminal checks will be reimbursed, but not to new employees and are a condition of hire. Training costs: Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of or provided with recertification at no cost for required CPR, first aid, applied sui- cide intervention and prevention training qualifications. Health-spending account: Employer contributes $700 per year ($450 for part-time) to employee's health spending account. Personal wellness days: 4 days per year with pay for personal wellness. Service bonus: 8 years: $3,000. 10 years: $4,000. 15 years: $5,000. 20 years: $6,000. 25 years $7,000. TRANSPORTATION Cardinal Coach Lines Peace River, Alta. Vacations with pay: 4% to start (2 weeks for industrial bus driv- ers), 6% after 5 years (3 weeks for industrial bus drivers), 8% after 7 years (4 weeks for indus- trial bus drivers). No vacations during last 2 weeks of August and first 2 weeks of September. Overtime: Bus drivers: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day. Meal allowance: Hot meal provided for work more than 12 hours per day, or $20 if employ- er cannot provide a meal. Pension: The union will es- tablish a pension plan for the employees.
