Retiring em- ployees with 4 or more years of continuous service receive one- half weeks' pay for each year of continuous employment. Safety shoes: $200 per year for footwear and gloves. Uniforms/clothing: Company provides PPE to maintenance employees where needed. Tool allowance: Maintenance employees provide their own tools. If a tool is worn out or broken, company will replace it. Company provides highly specialized tools not normally in journeyman's tool kit.
