Paid holidays: 12 days. Overtime: Time and one-half for working on holiday. Medical benefits: 100% premi- ums paid by employer. Dental: 100% premiums paid by employer. 100% basic cover- age. 50% prosthetics, crowns and bridges coverage. 50% or- thodontics coverage, maximum $2,000 lifetime. Weekly indemnity: 70% of wages, maximum 26 weeks. Sick leave: One-half day per month, maximum 10 days. AD&D: Two times annual earnings. 50% premiums paid by employer, 50% premiums paid by employee.
