Tool allowance: Employer will supply: tool pouch and belt, screw drivers (flat- tipped, Phillips, Robertson #6 and #8), ra- zor knife or equivalent, nut drivers (5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2"), adjustable wrenches (8", 10"), awl, flashlight, lineman pliers (Klein 9" or equivalent), 7" water-pump pliers, claw hammer, 4-pound sledge hammer. $15 per month for other tools. Driver's licence: All employees are required, as a condition of employment, to maintain a valid British Columbia driver's licence. Early retirement allowance: For employees 60 years or older, with 20 or more years of service, a graduate allowance will be paid (age 60: 12 months of regular salary; age 61: 10 months of regular sal- ary; age 62: 8 months of regular salary; age 63: 6 months of regular salary). Wellness days: 10 per year, 5 days may be converted into pay or vacation days at the end of the year. Cablevision service: $5-per-month fee for Cablevision service or $25 per month for Cablevision and Internet service where available (includes the modem). Travel allow- ance: When employee must work out of town (70-kilometre radius from employee's normal place of employment) on temporary assignments: $70 per day, plus $15 for breakfast ; $25 for lunch; $30 for dinner.
