(24 administrative services employees) and Public Service Alliance of Canada, Union of Canadian Transportation Employees (PSAC/UCTE), Local 20212 Renewal agreement: Effec- tive April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2021. Signed on Dec. 1, 2016. Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2016: 2% Effective April 1, 2017: 2.5% Effective April 1, 2018: 2.5% Effective April 1, 2019: 2.5% Effective April 1, 2020: 3% Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 10 days to start, 1 2/3 days per month after 8 years, 2 1/12 days per month after 16 years, 2 ½ days per month after 24 days. Maximum 6 weeks may be carried over into the next year. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work outside of regular hours. Double time for all hours after 14 in a 24-hour period. Meal allowance: $14 after 3 hours of overtime, provided the employee isn't already receiving free meals. Pension: Public Service Super- annuation Act (PSSA Plan) for workers hired before April 1, 2003: 7.5% of pensionable earn- ings. Defined contribution plan for workers hired after April 1, 2003: 6% of pensionable earn- ings. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, step- mother, foster-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse resident with the em- ployee, child, child of common- law spouse, stepchild, ward of the employee, grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, any relative residing in the employee's household). 1 day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Call-in pay: The greater of: ap- plicable overtime rate or mini- mum 4 hours' pay. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Severance: With 10 or more years of service, ½ week's pay, maximum 13 weeks. After age 60 with 30 years of service, 1 week's pay, maximum 30 weeks. Safety shoes: Employer will provide airport operations spe- cialists with summer , winter footwear. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide for airport opera- tions specialists: 5 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 3 pairs of coveralls, 1 pair of insulated coveralls, 1 summer jacket, 1 high-visibility vest. Employer will provide laundry facilities. Employer will provide rainwear (hats, coats, pants, boots). Employer will provide 1 winter parka every 3 years. The parka will be cleaned annually by the employer. Mileage: Will be paid as per current Treasury Board rates. Free parking: The employer will provide parking — with electrical plug-ins — at no cost to employees working at the Prince George Airport. Professional membership fees: The employer will reimburse an employee for membership or registration fees to a professional organization or governing body when membership or registration is required. Social justice fund: The employer will contribute $0.01 per hour worked to the PSAC Social Justice Fund. PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION e Town of Nanton Nanton, Alta. Wage adjustments: Effective first year: 2% Effective second year: 2% Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% af- ter 6 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 12 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years. Overtime: Double time for hours worked outside of regular shifts (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week for outside, recreation employees; 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week for inside employees). May be banked, maximum 24 hours per year. Meal allowance: $15 per day. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. Sick leave: 1.5 shifts per month, maximum 30 shifts (15 for part- time employees). LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
