Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2017: 2.7% Effective April 1, 2018: 2.7% Effective April 1, 2019: 3% Shift premium: $2.25 per hour (previously $2 per hour) for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. $2 per hour (previously $1.75 per hour) for all hours worked on a Saturday or Sunday. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Maximum one-half vacation allotment may be carried over to next year. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. Double time thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on second scheduled day off. Meal allowance: $18 when working more than 3 hours of overtime, except where free meals are provided. $18 for each subsequent 4-hour period. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' overtime pay. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
