(420 museum workers) and Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC, Local 70396) Renewal agreement: Effec- tive April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on May 1, 2017. Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2017: 1.25 % Effective April 1, 2018: 1.25 % Effective April 1, 2019: 1.25 % Shift premium: $2.60 when program interpreter or G2-level host delivers guided tour. $2.60 when program interpreter de- livers outreach program. Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 additional day (Saint-Jean Bap- tiste Day in Quebec; first Mon- day in August in Ontario). Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 5 years, 22 days after 15 years, 23 days after 16 years, 25 days after 18 years, 30 days after 20 years. May be carried over, maximum 1-year leave entitlement. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours, double time thereafter. Meal allowance: $10 for first 3 hours of overtime, additional $10 after 4 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Public Ser- vice Health Insurance Plan. Dental: Public Service Dental Plan. Sick leave: 1.25 days per month. Bereavement leave: 7 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, step- mother, foster-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse residing with employee, child, child of common-law spouse, stepchild, ward, father- in-law, mother-in-law, em- ployee or spouse's grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, rela- tive residing with employee). I day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law. Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. Call-in pay: The greater of: minimum 3 hours at overtime rate or overtime rate for time worked. Probationary period: 975 hours, 1,040 hours, and 1,987.5 hours depending on classifica- tion. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Safety shoes: $60 per year for team leaders, program inter- preters, hosts. Union (AFL-CIO/CLC) Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 15, 2014, to Sept. 17, 2017. Signed on Sept. 9, 2014. Paid holidays: 12 days. Maxi- mum of 15 cars per shift on voluntary rotating basis on holidays. Vacations with pay: All rental drivers with more than 1 year of seniority get up to 4 weeks per year. Medical benefits: Employees contribute to Steelworkers Trusted Benefits Fund. Sick leave: 6 days without pay- ment of flat. Owner/operators shall, when possible, find a re- placement driver. Unpaid leave of absence without loss of se- niority to employees unable to work due to accident or illness. Bereavement leave: 3 days without fees for death of parent, spouse, child, sibling, parent- in-law, sibling-in-law, grand- parent, niece, nephew, aunt, or uncle. Discipline: Sunset clause is 6 months. Editor's notes: Benefits: Car owners/company supplies accident benefits and legally required insurance at no cost to employees. Deposit fee: $1,500 for all vehicle equipment installed, to be reimbursed. Taxi lease owners pay lease fee of $1,200 per month. Lost items: When employee discovers lost article, employee may return article to dispatch office for free or to owner for $25 fee or turn article in to nearest police station. Rental charges: Standard car lease fee will be $483 per week and flats shall be based on $69 per shift (12 hours). Hybrid car lease fee will be $518 per week and flats shall be based on $74 per shift (12 hours). Wheelchair van lease fee will be $425 per week.
