Shift workers not working a continuous 7-day rotation: Effective April 1, 2016 $1.50 per hour; effective April 1, 2017 $1.53 per hour; effective April 1, 2018 $1.57 per hour. Shift workers working a contin- uous 7-day rotation on straight days: Effective April 1, 2016: $1.20 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $1.22 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $1.25 per hour. Paid holidays: 11 days, plus additional day on first Friday in March. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular hours. Triple time for work on holidays. Meal allowance: Meal will be provided for any work after 10 hours per day, another meal af- ter subsequent 4 hours worked.
