Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month or 6% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 3 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 12 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 21 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 27 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours in excess of normal daily or weekly hours. Crowns, bridge work, repairs: 50/50 co-insurance, maximum $1,500 per person per year. Vision: $350 every 24 months per person. 1 optometry exam every 24 months, maximum $100. $350 for laser surgery. Paramedical: Chiropractic, massage therapy, physiothera- py: Maximum $300 per insured person per year for each service. LTD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for HOOGLIP or equivalent group life insurance plan. Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of parent, spouse, child, spouse's child. 3 days for death of sister, brother, mother-in- law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent of spouse. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay at time and one-half. Probationary period: 90 tours worked from date of last hire (675 hours for employees whose regular hours of work are other than standard workday). Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
