Signed on Jan. 5, 2017. Shift premium: Lead hand: 6%. Dual ticket: $2 per hour. Stew- ard: $1 per hour. Steward with tool box 1: $1 per hour. Steward with tool box 2: $1.25 per hour. Pay- able after first day of accident or hospitalization, 14th day of illness, maximum 119 days. LTD: 60% of earnings, maxi- mum $2,600 per month, pay- able after 119 days. AD&D: Coverage of $100,000. Life insurance: Coverage of $100,000. Pension: Employer will con- tribute to union-sponsored group RSP and CLAC Pension Plan. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal depen- dant, parents, legal guardians, siblings. 3 days for death of parents-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay. Probationary period: 3 months. Safety shoes: All employees will wear CSA-approved safety boots supplied by employee. Uniforms/clothing: All employees will wear CSA- approved safety hats supplied by employer.
