Effective April 1, 2018: Shift dif- ferentials will increase by $0.02 per hour. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 4 years, 5 weeks or 10% af- ter 9 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 19 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 24 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for the first hour. Double time, minimum 4 hours' work on Sundays. May be banked, maxi- mum 1 week. Naturopath: $180 per year. Nutritional counsel- ling by a dietitian: $180 per year. Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Manulife (or equivalent) insur- ance coverage for coverage of 75% of salary. Employee receives 6 banked days every Jan. 1. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Manulife (or equivalent) insurance coverage for coverage of 75% of salary. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Manulife (or equivalent) insurance cover- age for coverage of 2x times an- nual earnings. Pension: Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate fam- ily (father, stepfather, mother, stepmother, spouse, bona-fide common-law spouse, fiancé(e), brother, sister, son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter, moth- er-in-law, father-in-law, grand- parents, grandchildren). 2 addi- tional days for death of spouse, bona-fide common-law spouse, fiancé(e), child. 3 days for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
