Safety shoes: $100 one-time payment after probation, when CSA-approved protective footwear is required. $12 per month for CSA-approved protective footwear. Eligible employees also have access to fitness and lifestyle centre, aquatic centre, ice arena, running track, as well as court and field facilities during recreational hours at no charge. Standby pay: $40 if standby is on regular work day; $55 if standby is on regular day of rest; $55 plus lieu day, if standby is on paid holiday or previously agreed-to lieu day.
