Paramedical: $750 maximum for chiropractor, registered massage therapist, naturopath (not supplements), osteopath, physiotherapist, podiatrist/ chiropodist (excluding surgery), speech therapist, Christian Science healer, specialist in acupuncture and reflexology. $1,000 for psychological and clinical counsellors. STD: Coverage of 60% of week- ly earnings, maximum $700. LTD: Coverage of 60% of monthly earnings, maximum $2,000. AD&D: Coverage of 1-times annual earnings, maximum $100,000. Life insurance: Coverage of 1-times annual earnings, max- imum $100,000. Pension: Employer will con- tribute 6.25% to retirement savings plan. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (par- ent, grandparent, grandparent of spouse, spouse, partner, child, common-law spouse or partner's child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild, stepchild, niece, nephew). Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Probationary period: 480 hours worked. Severance: 1 week's notice, or pay in lieu of, per year of ser- vice, maximum 20 weeks. Safety shoes: $0.26 per hour for all certified trades, regis- tered apprentices, non-certi- fied trades working in trade classification. $0.20 per hour (previously $0.15 per hour) for all other employees. Uniforms/clothing: Employer pays 75%, employee pays 25% for coverall cleaning services. Tool allowance: $0.65 per hour (previously $0.55 per hour for journeymen, apprentices; $0.59 per hour for millwrights, mechanics) for tradespersons or apprentices.
