Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, relative who resides in employee's household. 2 days for death of sister-in-law, broth- er-in-law, daughter-in-law, son- in-law. 1 day to attend funeral of close friend, working associate or relative not covered above. 2 additional days for travel in excess of 400 kilometres 1 way or outside of province. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay at overtime rate. Probationary period: 1 year. Safety shoes: $175 per year, maximum $350 every 2 years.
