Dental: 80% reimbursement for diagnostic services (oral examinations, X-rays, consul- tations). 80% reimbursement for preventative services (cleaning, scaling, X-rays). 50% reimbursement for crowns and bridges (not more than once every 5 years for same teeth); onlays or inlays involved in bridge-work (not more often than once every 5 years); partial dentures (not more than once every 5 years); complete upper and lower dentures (not more often than once every 5 years). Vision: $50 per person per year for orthoptic. $130 per person every 24 months. Paramedical: $100 per person per year for podiatry. $200 per person, maximum $500 per family per year for treatment by a licenced chiropractor or nat- uropath, X-rays excluded.
