Vacations with pay: 12 shifts after 1 year, 16 shifts after 8 years, 20 shifts after 15 years, 24 shifts after 24 years. For em- ployees in mechanical branch: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 24 years. For employees in fire-prevention bureau: 120 hours after 1 years, 160 hours after 8 years, 200 hours after 15 years, 240 hours after 24 years. Overtime: Double time for all extra hours worked, minimum 2 hours' pay. Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employ- ee pays 50% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance.
