Ratified on April 6, 2017. Signed on April 6, 2017. Wage adjustments: Effective year 1: $0.25 per hour Effective year 2: $0.35 per hour Effective year 3: $040 per hour Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for lead person. $1 per hour (previously $1.10 per hour) for work starting at or after 11 a.m. (hours worked from 3 p.m. to 6 a.m. will be paid). $1 per hour for employees who work 5-day weeks that includes Saturday or Sunday ($1.50 per hour for work on Sunday). Paid holidays: 13 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 30 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 or 10 hours per day or on statutory holiday or on day not part of regular work schedule. Medical benefits: All full-time employees eligible to partici- pate in employers' flexible benefit plan. Sick leave: 6 days. If employee hasn't used any time, credit of 6 days will be given. If employee has 5 days of sick leave remain- ing, credit of 1 week of absence will be given. Vision: $235 every 24 months (previously $215 every 24 months). Paramedical: $25 per visit, $1,250 maximum, per individ- ual per year. Sick leave: 5.25 hours per pay period, maximum 10.5 hours per month. AD&D: Coverage of 2-times annual salary. Life insurance: Coverage of 2-times annual salary. Pension: Employee contributes 3% to group RSP. Employer contributes: 3% after 12 months of service, 4% after 48 months of services, 5% after 96 months of service, 6% after 180 months of service.
