Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours, double time for all work on Sunday. May be banked for time off, maximum 24 hours and must be used by end of year. Wage adjustments: Effective July 27, 2016: 3% or 2% to drivers/maintenance Effective July 27, 2017: 2% Effective July 27, 2018: 2% Effective July 27, 2019: 3% Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. $1 per hour for all hours worked as lead hand. Airside Vehicle Operations Permit (AVOP) premium: $0.77 per hour start rate; $1.77 per hour for 12-month rate; $2.77 per hour for 24-month rate. Paid holidays: 11 days. Weekly indemnity: Coverage begins on first day of absence due to accident, fourth day of absence due to illness, max- imum 26 weeks. Life insurance: Group life coverage of $15,000. Pension: Employer will con- tribute $0.25 per hour to group RRSP. Effective July 27, 2018: $0.30 per hour.
