Wage adjustments: Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 2% Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 2.5% Shift premium: Steam-ticket premium paid on Dec. 31 of each year of agreement: $2,500 to each regular utility plant employee with full second-class or $2,500 to each regular utility plant employee with a full first- class ticket. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years, Overtime: Double time for all work in excess of employ- ee's normal working hours or on scheduled day off. May be banked, maximum 90 hours. Meal allowance: When em- ployee is required to work more than 2 hours of overtime — either immediately before or after regular working time — meal will be provided by em- ployee. Additional meal will be provided for each subsequent period of continuous work of 4 hours of overtime. Employee may choose meal provided by refinery cafeteria, meal from approved list or $25. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of close family member (parent, grandparent, spouse (including common-law), child, grandchild, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law). 2 additional days if extended trav- el is required. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Probationary period: 6 months. Severance: 2 weeks' pay plus 2 weeks' pay per year of service multiplied by 1.15. When major portion of shift falls between midnight and 8 a.m., employee will be paid $0.82 per hour for each hour worked on night shift between midnight and 8 a.m. Additional one-half time for all work on Sunday. Tower pre- mium: When employee works on bridge, tower crossing, radio or microwave structure, or pole where the elevation is 65 feet to 200 feet above base of structure, employee will receive premium 1 times basic hourly rate for each hour worked, minimum 1 hour. When em- ployees work at heights of more than 200 feet, premium will be 2 times basic hourly rate for each hour worked. $2 per hour for work performed between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on extended shift for clerical employees. $2 per hour for work performed between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on extended shift for customer service and retail sales employ- ees. Paid holidays: 11 days, plus additional floating holiday. Vacations with pay: 15 days af- ter 1 year, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 15 years, 30 days after 23 years. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked in excess of basic scheduled hours per day or per week.
