Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 12 years, 6 weeks after 22 years. 1 additional week for every 5 years of service after 22 years. Overtime: Double time for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May be banked, maximum 20 hours (40 hours straight time) per year. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, stepparent, wife, husband, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, stepbrother, step- sister, foster child, ward, aunt, uncle, brother-in-law, sister-in- law, grandparent-in-law. Ad- ditional 4 days for burial outside of province. 1 day to attend funeral as pallbearer. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Double time for minimum 2 hours. Probationary period: 3 months. Safety shoes: $150 per year, may be carried over, maximum $300. Uniforms/clothing: Employees will receive 2 pair of coveralls.
