Em- ployees will contribute 8% (pre- viously 7.5%) for earnings below year's maximum pensionable earnings (YMPE) and 10% (pre- viously 9%) for earnings above YMPE. Editor's notes: Tuition benefits: Employee, employee's dependent children and spouse are eligible for tuition waiver benefit. Daycare: Employer will make available to employees, daycare program at locations appropriate to Waterloo and Brantford campuses. Athletic-facility use and parking: Employees will have right to use university's athletic fa- cilities for $257.47 plus taxes per year. Effective May 1, 2018: $262.62 plus taxes. Effective May 1, 2019: $267.87 plus taxes. Employees may use parking facilities for $395.16 plus taxes per year. On May 1 of each subsequent year, fee will be increased by 1.25%.
