Life insurance: Coverage of $25,000 (previously $10,000) for employees only. Pension: When employee con- tributes 1% to RRSP, employer will match contribution. Ef- fective Feb. 1, 2018: 2% will be matched. Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of mother, father, spouse, child, stepparent, brother, sis- ter, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, stepchild, son-in-law, daughter- in-law. 1 day for death of sister- in-law, brother-in-law, steppar- ent of current spouse, stepsister, stepbrother, grandparent of current spouse.
