Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 7% to start, 4 weeks or 9% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 11% after 15 years. Also, 1 floating day per year, to be taken in December (Dec. 29, 2017; Dec. 28, 2018; Dec. 27, 2019). Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of 8 hours per day, double time for all work in excess of 12 hours per day.
