(860 professors, veterinarians, librarians) and the University of Guelph Faculty Association (UGFA) Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2021. Signed on Nov. 6, 2017. Wage adjustments: Effective July 1, 2017: 1.25% Effective July 1, 2018: 1.5% Effective July 1, 2019: 1.5% Effective July 1, 2020: 1.5% Vacations with pay: 22 days to start, 25 days after 9 years, 30 days after 21 years. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% to start, 15 days or 6% after 1 years, 20 days or 8% after 5 years, 25 days or 10% after 10 years, 30 days or 12% after 15 years, 35 days or 14% after 20 years, 40 days or 16% after 25 years.
