Ratified on Dec. 5, 2017. Signed on March 5, 2018. Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Monday. Effective 1 year from ratification: $1.75 per hour. $1.25 per hour where majority of hours of shift fall between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Effective 1 year from ratification: $1.50 per hour. For care-aides, HCA-cer- tified aides only, $3 per hour where majority of hours of shift fall between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 years, 3 weeks or 6% to start, 4 weeks or 8% after 6 years. Overtime: Time and one-half after 11.5 hours per day or 80.5 hours biweekly. Meal allowance: 30-minute unpaid break and free meal, subject to availability, for more than 3 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employ- ee pays 50% of premiums. Sick leave: 7.5 hours credits per 162.5 hours worked, maximum 6 days per year.
