Paid holidays: 10 days. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 8 days to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 22 years. Additional week (40 hours) of personal time off for each per- manent operator. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May be banked as time off in lieu, maximum 80 hours per year. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Major dental work (including but not limited to crowns/implants/dentures/ bridgework), subject to 50% coinsurance, lifetime maximum $2,500 per insured. Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $550 every 24 months (previously $525 ev- ery 24 months), including eye examination. Effective July 1, 2020: $600 every 24 months. Ef- fective July 1, 2022: $650 every 24 months. Eye examination: Effective Dec. 1, 2012: Maxi- mum $100 every 24 months. Ef- fective Jan. 1, 2019: Maximum $150 every 24 months. Paramedical: $600 per year (previously $800 per year) for physiotherapist, clinical psy- chologist, chiropractor, osteo- path, chiropodist, podiatrist, naturopath/homeopath, speech pathologist, masseur, dietician (where prior authorization by physician). On-call pay: $100 per month (previously $75 per month) for housekeeping coordinator.
