Vision: $330 every 24 months (previously $300 every 24 months). $2,000 once per life- time for laser eye surgery. $75 for eye exams (once every year for children 16 or younger, once every 24 months for children older than 16, employees). Paramedical: $2,500 per year combined (maximum $500 each for massage, chiropractor). Paramedical practitioners in- clude chiropractic, osteopath, podiatrist/chiropodist, massage therapist, homeopath, naturo- path, speech therapist, physio- therapist, psychologist, reflex- ologist, orthotherapist, athletic therapist, acupuncturist, audi- ologist, occupational therapist, dietician, aqua-therapy. STD: 66 2/3% of employee's regular weekly rate. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 60% of employ- Sick leave: 2 days per month, maximum 122 working days.
