Employer will pay for 1 eye examination, every 2 years. LTD: Coverage of 66 2/3%, maximum $5,000 per month. Pension: All employees will be enrolled in RSP after 2 years of service. Employers will make 5% contribution, once per year. Employees will contribute 2%.
