Sick leave: 2 days for each month of service, maximum 480 days per 20-year period or 240 days per 20-year period for employees hired after May 4, 2004. AD&D: Coverage of 2 times annual salary. Life insurance: Coverage of 2 times annual salary, maximum $1,000,000. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of mother, father, broth- er, sister, child, spouse, legal guardian, common-law spouse, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepfather, step- mother, stepchild, near relative living in same household. 1 day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law. 4 days if death occurs outside province. 2 addi- tional days when extraordinary circumstances prevail. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay at overtime rates. Probationary period: 6 months, except for employees who are required to under- take training on employment. Mileage: $0.315 per kilometre while travelling on business.
