(First agree- ment) Shift premium: $3.50 per hour while away from home base for pilots. Training: 15% for approved check pilot; 10% for line-check pilot; 10% for train- ing captain. Paid holidays: 10 days. Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% to start, 15 days or 6% after 3 years, 20 days or 8% after 8 years, 25 days or 10% after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for any credit hours worked af- ter 85 hours. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 12 days per year. STD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. AD&D: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Pension: DC plan and group RRSP. Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months; 18 months for disciplinary documents; 24 months for discipline involving discrimination, bullying, ha- rassment. Severance: 1 week's pay per year of service, minimum 2 weeks, maximum 16 weeks. Safety shoes: Employer will provide 1 blazer, 2 pants, 2 ties, 4 shirts, 2 wings, 1 carry-on bag, 1 sweater (all replaced every 2 years). Employer will provide 2 pairs of epaulettes, 1 reflective vest, 1 lanyard (all replaced as needed). Employer will provide 1 winter overcoat (replaced every 3 years). Uniforms/clothing: $100 per year. $60 per month for dry cleaning, maintenance of uni- forms. Tool allowance: Employer will pay $100 per year for all necessary tools and equipment (headsets, flashlights) that are not supplied by employer. Mileage: $0.53 per kilometre. Documents: Employer will assume full cost of endorsements, qualifications, renewals for passports or visas, as well as other legal documents required. Cellphones: Employer will pay $25 per month for pilot's cellphone usage. Moving expenses: $8,000 for pilots who are forced to move to maintain classification or prevent furlough.
