Employee must obtain SCA-1800 cer- tification skill to be eligible for SCA-1800 status. $1 per hour for employee who maintains electrical certificate. $0.65 for all hours worked on second shift. $0.75 for all hours worked on third shift. Paid holidays: 9 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 6 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work outside of sched- uled shift hours or for all work on Saturday. Double time for all work on Sunday (if employee worked on Saturday, otherwise time and one-half ). Maximum 16 hours of overtime per pay period. May be banked, max- imum 40 hours.
