Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for afternoon-shift workers who start between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. $0.45 per hour for graveyard-shift workers who start between 10 p.m. and mid- night. $0.15 per hour for 1 em- ployee from each department who holds first-aid certificate. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, legal spouse, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grand- children). 3 days for death of all other family members such as brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
