Effective April 1, 2019: Time and one-half for first 2 hours and first 2 hours on unscheduled day of work. Effective April 1, 2020: Double time for all work after normal quitting time and on unsched- uled day of work. Meal allowance: Employer will supply meals if possible or $12 if meals cannot be obtained after 2 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for benefits plan. Employer pays 100% less deductions for Ontario Health Premium payments. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 8 days at 100% of pay and 15 days at 75% of pay, accumulated each year, for employees hired before March 31, 2011. 8 days at 100% of pay, maximum accumulation of 130 days, for employees hired after April 1, 2011. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 65% or 75% (depending on WSIB, CPP compensation awards) base earnings. Pension: Pension and Insur- ance Plan of the Electrical Safe- ty Authority. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (parent, parent-in-law, stepparent, brother, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, spouse, son, son-in-law, stepson, daughter, daughter-in-law, stepdaughter, grandparents, grandparents-in- law, grandchildren). 4 hours for death of fellow employee. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Safety shoes: $225 for each pair of CSA-approved electric- al shock-resistant footwear. 50% reimbursement, maximum $75, for non-approved foot- wear. Uniforms/clothing: $225 per year for brand-name clothing. Employer will be responsible for all special clothing or uniforms when required. Tool allowance: 8% of personal tool list retail price per year, minimum $50. May be carried forward to following year, maximum $50. Tools stolen, destroyed or damaged by fire will be replaced by employer. Mileage: When employee commutes daily to out- side-of-residence headquar- ters: $30 per day when tem- porary work headquarters is 50 kilometres or less away; $40 per day when temporary work headquarters is 101 kilo- metres or less away; $50 per day when temporary work headquarters is 101 kilometres or greater away. $0.38 per kilo- metre for employees using own vehicles on company business. Signed on Dec. 17, 2018. Shift premium: $1 per hour for any shifts starting after 4 p.m. or prior to midnight. $1.50 per hour for full-time field mech- anics. $2 per hour for lead-hand defined as employee who, from knowledge of tool-room operation and experience, is able to provide direction or in- structions to other employees. $1.50 per hour for each hour worked in field. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week. Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal (hot where possible) for employee working more than 2 hours unsched- uled overtime after regular work day, Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $295 for each month of service for each em- ployee, to Prairie Teamsters, Health and Welfare Plan. Any amount above $295 per month will be borne 100% by employee. Pension: Employer will con- tribute $4 per hour worked to Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pen- sion Plan. Employees must have 18 months of service before em- ployer will make contributions. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family
