Paid holidays: 10 days. Paramedical: $800 per year (previously $600 per year) for massage therapy. $1,000 per year for speech therapist, speech pathologist. 50% of scheduled fee to clinical psychologist for 20 visits. $600 per year (previ- ously $475 per year) for chiro- practic coverage. $850 per year (previously $800 per year) for physiotherapist (Effective July 1, 2020: $900). $500 per year for chiropodist, podiatric coverage. Sick leave: 105 calendar days. LTD: Coverage of 66 2/3% of first $2,500 normal salary plus 50% of next $4,500 normal salary plus 40% of balance of normal salary immediately prior to date of accident or sickness, maximum $10,000. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 3 times normal salary, max- imum $400,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 3 times normal salary, max- imum $400,000. Pension: University of Windsor Retirement Plan for Faculty and Certain Employees. Bereavement leave: Time to be determined by dean or univer- sity librarian or law librarian in consultation with provost. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Severance: 12 months' notice or 12 months' salary in lieu of notice or combination of notice and salary equal to 12 months and 1 month's salary for each year's service, maximum of 12 months' salary. Mileage: $0.54 for each kilo- metre driven in private car for authorized university travel.
