Life insurance: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employer pays 10% of premiums for over- age of $25,000 or 1 times em- ployee's annual salary, which- ever is greater. Pension: Minimum contribu- tion of 9.5%, of which employer contributes 7%, employee con- tributes 2%. Bereavement leave: 6 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, partner, son, daugh- ter, stepfather, stepmother, foster-parent, stepchild, ward of employee, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-in-laws, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, any relative permanently residing in employee's household). Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours of pay at prevailing overtime rate; minimum 2 hours at time and one-half for employees called-in immediately prior to regular starting time.
