Discipline: Sunset clause is 6 months for oral reprimands, 12 months for written repri- mands, suspensions. Severance: 2 weeks' pay for first year of service, 1 week's pay for each subsequent year of service, maximum 28 weeks. Safety shoes: $200 per year for CSA-approved safety boots, after 1 year of service. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of school regular hours per day excluding incidental, unscheduled time of less than 15 minutes at end of work period, which is unpaid. Em- ployer will contribute $500 per year (previously $300 per year) to health spending account. Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, legal guardian, wife, husband, child, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, aunt or uncle). 5 days if funeral is outside Alberta.
