Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. Call-in pay: Overtime rate for all hours worked or 3 hours at basic rate, whichever is greater, for maintenance employees. Probationary period: 488 hours worked, exclusive of overtime, for employees working 7.5-hour work days; 522 hours worked, exclusive of overtime, for employees work- ing 8-hour work days or max- imum 3 months. Life cycle for replacement will be 4 seasons for jacket, raingear; 2 seasons for other items listed. Employer will supply all safety equipment required at work site. Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre for travel required in perform- ance of duties within patrol zone.
