Shift premium: $0.22 per hour supervision bonus for custodial assistant, in senior high school, in recognition of being assigned to supervise other custodial assistants. Paid holidays: 12 days, plus one-half day for citizens' day. Employees scheduled to work on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 of each year will be entitled to one-half day paid holiday on each of those days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 24 years. Maxi- mum 1 year of entitlement may be carried over to following year. Excess entitlement will be paid out by end of February in following year. 5 days will be added to annual vacation if employee has not been on leave of absence without pay for more than 5 consecutive working days or absent from duty due to sickness, disability, non-occu- pational accident. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours. May be taken as time off in lieu. Employee will be paid out any banked time greater than 7 days that is not taken by Dec. 31 of each year. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan. Employer pays 100% of premiums for extended health care (plan 2). Employer will contribute $400 for health spending account. Effective Sept. 1, 2019: $450. Sick leave: 20 days per year, maximum accumulation of 185 days, after 1 year of service. Leave will be on prorated basis for those with less than 1 year of service. LTD: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: Account. Local Au- thorities Pension Plan for all full-time employees who meet eligibility requirements. Bereavement leave: 7 days for death of near relative or other persons.
