Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of regular scheduled hours. May be banked, maximum 48 hours, and can be carried over for 1 year. Double time for all work on second and subsequent days of rest. Medical benefits: Employer pays 60% of premiums, employ- ee pays 40% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Sick leave: 18 hours per month of service, maximum 600 hours. Uniforms/clothing: Each new employee will receive new uni- forms upon commencement of employment. After 12 months of service, employees will be issued with dress uniform con- sisting of pants, shirt, tunic, cap with badge. Such uniform shall be issued on 1-time basis and will not be replaced.
