Pension: All employees who work 32 hours per week will become member of OMERS contributory DB pension plan financed by equal contributions from participating employers and employees. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, significant other, child, parent, brother, sister, steppar- ent, stepchildren, stepbrother, step-sister). 3 days for death in other family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, grandchild, former guardian (maximum 2), aunt, uncle, niece, nephew). 2 additional days if necessary for travelling, when distance is significant (no time allotted for travel less than 1.5 hours, 1 way).
