Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2018: 2.35% Effective April 1, 2019: 2.25% Effective April 1, 2020: 1.25% Effective April 1, 2021: 1.25% Paid holidays: 12 days, plus one-half day for Treaty Day. Vacations with pay: 1 1/4 days per month to start, 1 2/3 days per month after 2 years, 2 1/12 days per month after 7 years, 2 1/2 days per month after 20 years, 3 days per month after 25 years. Employees may not carry over into following year more than 1 year's vacation credits. Unused credits will be paid out in March of each year. Once per year, vacations will be lengthened by 4 working days when employee travels out of community for vacation travel. Employee who has annual leave between Oct. 1 and March 31 of any year will receive 1 day of extra leave for each 5 consecutive days of annual leave that employee liquidates within above days, maximum 4 days. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours worked, double time thereafter. Double time for all work on Sunday or holiday. May be taken as equivalent leave with pay. Meal allowance: Employer will either provide employee with meal or meal allowance equal to amount of dinner when em- ployee works 3 or more hours of overtime immediately following regularly scheduled hours of duty and employee cannot leave place of work.
