Wage adjustments: Effective July 1, 2019: 2% Effective July 1, 2020: 2% Effective July 1, 2021: 2% Shift premium: $1 per hour for regularly scheduled hours worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks af- ter 1 year, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 11 years, 6 weeks after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of employee's scheduled regular hours. Double time for un- scheduled overtime, with less than 24 hours' notice. Overtime resulting from extension of scheduled shift for employee whose services are required due to work carried over from end of shift, will receive first 2 hours at time and one-half and double time thereafter. May be banked, maximum 40 hours at any time. All banked time will be paid out by pay period 26 each year. Meal allowance: Employer will provide reasonable nourish- ment and refreshments when employees are at incident for extended periods of time great- er than 3 hours or when made unavailable to access nourish- ment and refreshments. Bottled water will be available at all incidents and training. Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, em- ployee pays 50% of premiums. Employer will provide $600 per year for wellness account. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 126 per year, maxi- mum 960 hours. LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary. Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for cov- erage of 2 times annual salary. Pension: After 3 months of service, employer and em- ployee will each contribute into employer's RRSP group plan. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 5%. Effec- tive Jan. 1, 2020: 7%. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 8%. Bereavement leave: 36 sched- uled hours for death of hus- band, wife, common-law spouse, child, father, mother, sister, brother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, step- child. Additional 24 scheduled hours when funeral is held more than 720 kilometres from Lloydminster. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours of pay (calculation of time be- gins when employee receives call and ends when employee is released). Probationary period: 12 months for full-time; mini- mum 12 months and minimum 600 active working hours for paid on-call employees. Discipline: Sunset clause is 24) months for written warning; 36 months for suspension of no incident requiring discipline taking place. Severance: 1 week for each year of service. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide employees with all required station, dress, class A uniforms. After 5 years of continuous service 1 complete Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs (CAFC) standard dress uniform including tunic, 1 belt, pants will be issued to each em- ployee. Employees will receive retirement recognition of $20 for each year of service, maximum $500.
