Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 floating day holiday (addition- al floating day after 2 years of seniority). Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days, or 4% to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: $8 for em- ployee who works 2 hours or more outside of scheduled shift. Employer will contribute 4.7% of pensionable earnings per month. Effective March 1, 2020: 4.8% of pensionable earnings per month. Effective March 1, 2021: 4.9% of pensionable earnings per month. Effective March 1, 2022: 5% of pensionable earnings per month. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (wife, husband, son, daughter, sister, brother, parent, moth- er-in-law, father-in-law, step- mother, stepfather, stepbrother or step sister, grandchild, grandparent). 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law. Leave may be extended without pay, maximum 14 days in total. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Probationary period: 90 worked days. Employer will supply protective-clothing (freezer suit and special freezer mitts and/ or gloves) to freezer workers, including shipping/receiving/ general-palletizing employees). Employer will supply thermal suits to employees who work in the freezer at SDC and gloves on as-needed basis. Tool allowance: Employer will supply knives, steels, scabbards (new employees will be charged for tools but will be reimbursed after probationary period). $300 per year for maintenance classifications (skilled-trades group); $200 per year all other maintenance classifications.
