Wage adjustments: Effective Aug. 28, 2019: 1% Effective Aug. 28, 2020: 1% Shift premium: $1 per hour for second shift. $1.10 per hour for night shift for 24x5 work week. $1.30 per hour for night shift for 24x7 work week. $0.80 per hour (maximum over top rate) for lead hands. Paid holidays: 9 days plus 2 personal holidays. Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.
