Paid holidays: 12 days. Kitimat 10-month employees will be paid for Canada Day, Labour day holidays and will not be paid for B.C. Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month, maximum 15 days, to start, 15 days or 6% after 1 year, 20 days or 8% after 5 years, 25 days or 10% after 12 years, 30 days or 12% after 20 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 35 hours per week, double time for all hours worked after 40 hours per week for technical director Mount Elizabeth Theatre. For all other employees: Time and one-half for all time worked over the regular workday, double time after 3 hours of overtime until beginning of employee's next scheduled shift. Time and one-half for first 3 hours worked on Sat- urday, double time thereafter. Double time for all work on Sunday or second day of rest. May be taken as time off in lieu but if not taken, payment will be made in cash on Dec. 31. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for B.C. government medical plan. Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $200 per family member every 2 years. Sick leave: 1.5 days per month of service. Unused portions will accrue for employee's fu- ture benefits, maximum 120 days. Employees will receive percentage of unused leave upon termination: 25% after 10 years of service, maximum 30 days; 40% after 15 years of service, maximum 48 days; 60% after 20 years of service, maximum 72 days.
