Seniority – recall rights: 12 months when off employer's payroll (during 12 and 24 months, employee's seniority will be frozen and will not ac- cumulate). Call-in pay: Minimum 4 regu- lar hours of pay or applicable overtime rate for time worked, whichever is greater. Probationary period: First 6 months of employment (may be extended 1-time only for ad- ditional 6 months). Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years (after 2 years has elapsed from disciplinary action, employee may request file be cleared on record of action). Employees working in environ- ments where identification is advantageous will be provided with T-shirts or jackets and hats. Animal control/bylaw en- forcement officers will be pro- vided uniforms by employer. Employer will provide rubber boots, rubber suits as required to all outside employees. Em- ployer will ensure that smocks will be available to inside em- ployees who are engaged in areas of workplace in which clothing may readily become soiled (photocopy room, com- puter room).
