Employee may carry over unused credits, maximum 30 days, from 1 fiscal year to next fiscal year. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on first day or rest; double time thereafter. Double time for all work on second day of rest (ex- cept when employee is request- ed to work on first day of rest and, to meet convenience of employee's own personal plans, is allowed to work instead on second day of rest, employee will be compensated at time and one-half for first 7.5 hours and double time thereafter). May be taken as compensatory leave (unused leave will be paid in cash on last day of fiscal year in which it is earned). Double time for all work on Sunday. Medical benefits: Coverage will be provided under Govern- ment of Canada Public Service Health Care plan. Dental: Coverage will be pro- vided under public service den- tal care plan. Sick leave: 1 1/4 days for each month during which employee receives minimum 10 days' pay. May be accumulated. Credits earned but unused will be restored to employee whose employment was terminated due to end of specified period of employment and who is re- appointed within 1 year from end of period. STD: Public Service Disability Plans. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (fa- ther, mother, stepfather, step- mother, foster-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law partner resident with employ- ee, child, child of common-law partner, stepchild, ward of employee, grandchild, grand- parent, spouse's parents, any relative residing in employee's household). Additional 3 days for travel related to death. 1 day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, aunt, uncle. Call-in pay: Greater of com- pensation at applicable over- time rate or compensation equivalent to 3 hours' pay at applicable overtime rate (mini- mum of 3 hours' pay will apply only first time that employee reports for work during 8 hours, starting with employee's first reporting) when called in on day of rest. Greater of minimum 3 hours of pay at ap- plicable overtime rate or paid at applicable rate of overtime for time worked, when employee is called in to work after employ- ee has completed work for day and has left place of work).
